Introduction of electromagnetic flowmeter sensor
The casing of the controller is welded by carbon steel, which can only be touched by the electric level and the lining and the medium. The flange-type flow sensor and the supporting facilities of the converter can form a set of integrated electromagnetic flowmeter or separated electromagnetic flowmeter.
Metal electrode: stainless steel plate 316L, others can be customized according to regulations (such as Hc, Hb, Ti, Ta, Pt)

Lining material :Ne, FEP, PTFE or polyurethane material can be selected
Medium temperature :0~70℃, up to 180℃ according to the regulations ** (note: it is limited by the temperature characteristics of the lining raw material)
Shell raw material: carbon steel, can be customized according to customer's requirements (such as: SS304 stainless steel plate)
Waterproof grade: IP65, IP67 and IP68 can be selected
Connection specification: various specifications for flanged piping (e.g. Bsen1092-1)
The scope of application of electromagnetic flowmeters covers all transportable fluid dynamics, such as hot water pipes for ventilation and air conditioning, fresh water, and various corrosive media
Some of the rare faults in the application of electromagnetic flowmeter are caused by the destruction of the electronic components of the instrument panel itself, some are caused by the improper use of improper equipment, natural environmental standards, fluid mechanics characteristics and other factors, such as lax display information, precision landing and even the destruction of the instrument panel.Some of it can be divided into two types: failures that keep popping up when the equipment is adjusting (failures during the regulation period) and failures that keep popping up when everything is working properly (failures during the operation period).
The electromagnetic flowmeter consists of two parts, intelligent transmitter and converter, which are connected with each other by electrode connecting wires (including excitation regulator wire and power supply wire).The intelligent transmitter is based on the electromagnetic induction law of daily task, as shown in figure 1, the measured medium vertically bisects the magnetic induction line azimuth subject activity, thus depending on the subject activity of the medium and the magnetic induction line vertical azimuth to generate an induced electromotive force.
