Magnetic flow meter wiring method:
When the electromagnetic flowmeter is wired with cables, in order to prevent rainwater from infiltrating the sensor, when entering the electrical interface of the sensor, it is necessary to
make a U shape at the port. If the excitation cable is used, the Yz medium-sized rubber-sheathed cable can be used, and its length is the same as that of the signal cable; if it is installed
separately, the connected signal wire should be a customized special wire, and the shorter the wire, the better. At the same time, it should be noted that the signal line must not be laid in
the same pipeline with other power supplies, and must be strictly separated. Can not be twisted together, should be placed in the steel pipe separately, and cannot be laid equally.
When wiring, it is recommended that the excitation wire and the signal wire be as short as possible, and the redundant wires should not be rolled together. Excess cables should be cut
and the connectors re-soldered.

the K-factor value. The larger the value, the larger the K coefficient, and the larger the flow rate at this time. Second, there is another way to regulate traffic. Enter the password to enter the
menu and find the caliber column. For example, the caliber is DN50. At this time, if you want to increase the flow, please change the diameter of DN50 to DN65. Naturally, it has a larger
flow rate than the DN50. .At the same time, it should be noted that the size of the flow of people cannot be moved by the staff at will. If the internal parameters are shifted, the electromagnetic
flowmeter will be inaccurate.
